What are Out Of Network Benefits?
Some PPO providers will offer out of network (OON) benefits which allow the subscriber to receive services from offices that are not in network with that plan. The insurer may pay a portion of those services. The practitioner will provide you with an invoice, often called Superbill, which includes pertinent information for the insurer to evaluate and determine if/how much of that cost will be reimbursed to the subscriber (you).

Can I pay with my HSA card?
YES. You can easily pay online in your client portal with any major credit or debit card, including your HSA (Health Spending Acct) or FSA (Flexible Spending Acct.).
